Thikana is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
Our Standards
- Users must not create, upload, share, or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Any form of child exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or abuse is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts found violating these standards may be suspended or permanently removed.
- Where required by law, we will report CSAM and related illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

Users can report content, accounts, or behavior that may violate these standards using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting our child safety team.

Agreement to terms

Using Thikana
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Listings, messages, and community posts must comply with Bangladeshi law and must not be fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
- We may review, approve, reject, remove, or limit content and accounts to protect users and the marketplace.
Listings and transactions
Thikana connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to deals between users unless explicitly stated. Users are responsible for verifying property details, ownership documents, and payment arrangements.
Premium plans and payments
Paid plans, course enrollments, and listing promotions are subject to the prices and features shown at checkout. Manual payment proofs are reviewed by our team before activation. Refunds are handled according to our support policy.
Prohibited conduct
- Spam, harassment, hate speech, or impersonation
- Posting duplicate or deceptive listings
- Attempting to bypass platform limits or security controls
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automated access
Intellectual property
Thikana branding, software, and curated content remain our property. You retain rights to content you upload, but grant us a license to display and promote it on the Service.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user-generated listings.
